I WAS UTTERLY AMAZED AT THE STRENGTH AND LOVE.
Never have I read a more heartfelt story. The depth of love these two young people have for one another is what everyone searches for their entire life. Few people honestly find their soulmate, so if you have, hold on tightly! Love them fiercely, love them with no regrets, love them when they can't love themselves. That is what I can say I walked away with after reading this book. It is life changing. It will open your eyes to more than you can imagine. Never take a day, an hour or a minute for granted. Tomorrow is not promised to us, so when you live, live for the here and now.
Poppy was 5 when she meet her best friend and Viking, Rune. It was also when she met her soulmate. They have been through thick and thin and in that time have shared a few kisses along the way. But when life gives you a curve ball, and things change, can a love so young, so pure survive? Can Poppy get her thousand boy kisses? Can she save her Rune? Can Rune survive life without half his heart?
I am not kidding when I say EVERYONE should read this story. I laughed, I cried (a lot, seriously get your tissues ready) but most of all, I would like to think that I grew from reading this book. It was that AMAZING.
