What’s worse than losing everything? Try driving a phallic-shaped RV across the country with your vile womanizing coworker.

Copywriter Callie Murphy has a bad attitude, a vicious tongue, and a serious aversion to Shimura Advertising’s resident manwhore, Walker Rhodes. Know where he can stick his good looks and Southern charm? She can think of a few creative places. Avoiding him wouldn’t be a problem, except her boss threatens to fire her if she doesn’t go along with him on their RV client’s cross-country tour.

Walker is sick of his job, tired of women, and in a big old creative rut. The upcoming client road trip is just what he needs to shake things up and rediscover his lost passion. But his plans go south when his partner drops out at the last minute, and Callie, the foul-mouthed tiny terror, takes her place. Unless he can find a way to thaw his icy coworker, he’s looking at two month’s of pure hell.

On the road, they experience one hilarious misadventure after another and soon find themselves on a life-changing journey. But when their paths veer off in different directions, will they hit a dead end?

Road-Tripped is a stand-alone novel and the first book in the Ad Agency Series.

This is the first book in the Ad Agency series by a debut author that I hope to see much more from in the future. I was blown away by how much I really enjoyed reading this book and didn’t want it to ever end! This amazingly well written story has everything from laugh out loud moments that had me breaking out in hysterics to beautifully tender moments that were so touching they brought tears to my eyes. I honestly can’t remember the last time I had so much fun reading a book and was thrilled with the unexpected surprises thrown in here. For instance, every chapter has a song link at the beginning that you can click on that takes you directly to Spotify so you can listen to the song as you read the chapter. I loved this so much since I felt that it really allowed me to get a deeper feeling of what exactly the author is trying to express with the mood the song sets. Plus, I was thrilled to learn about new musical artists while reading an incredible story at the same time. I hope to come across this unique feature much more in the future since it made the story feel more interactive and personal in a way. Don’t even get me started on Walker’s spunky grandmother. That woman had me rolling and laughing so hard that I had tears streaming down my face. I wish I had a grandma like this woman! Walker and Callie have so many ups and downs throughout this story and I loved every moment of reading their incredible journey together. Something else I found especially interesting were all the points of interest that these two stopped at along the way. I was thoroughly surprised by how well these locations were researched. I happen to live in Florida and know a couple of these spots well and this author described them so accurately to the point where I want to go there again and see them through her eyes. Overall, this is an amazingly well written story that I highly recommend that everyone read and I look forward to much more from this author in the future.
