Park Avenue Prince, an all-new contemporary romance by Louise Bay is now LIVE!!!

I’ve made every one of my billions of dollars myself—I’m calculating, astute and the best at what I do. It takes drive and dedication to build what I have. And it leaves no time for love or girlfriends or relationships.

But don’t get me wrong, I’m not a monk.

I understand the attention and focus it takes to seduce a beautiful woman. They’re the same skills I use to close business deals. But one night is where it begins and ends. I’m not the guy who sends flowers. I’m not the guy who calls the next day.

Or so I thought before an impatient, smart-talking, beyond beautiful heiress bursts into my world.

When Grace Astor rolls her eyes at me—I want to hold her against me and show her what she’s been missing.

When she makes a joke at my expense—I want to silence her sassy mouth with my tongue.

And when she leaves straight after we f*ck with barely a goodbye—it makes me want to pin her down and remind her of the three orgasms she just had.

She might be a princess but I’m going to show her who rules in this Park Avenue bedroom.

Louise Bay

Park Avenue Prince by Louis Bay was a sweet, charming romance about a boy, a girl and giving love a chance. I was totally and completely charmed by this story. I loved Sam and Grace. They were great characters you could not help but root for.

Grace Astor grew up never wanting for anything, but always knew she wanted more out of life than running charity functions and a marriage that fit status symbols and not love. Though she loved her mother, she wanted more than anything to be nothing like her. So she opened an art gallery and pour everything into it.

Sam Shaw built his life out of nothing but sheer determination, will and hope. It was the only thing that got him through some of the darkest days in his life. Now he has more money than he will ever need or want, but Sam is afraid to get too close, to anything or anyone. After losing everything once, could he survive a second time?

Sam and Grace’s story was so sweet right from the start. They meet at an art gallery and feel a connection. One he does not understand and one she tries desperately to ignore. Grace has always been attracted to artists, but they never made her feel like Sam does. Sam does not do relationships. Commitments and future are not in the cards for him. The cost is too high. But as these two begin to spend time together, they quickly understand what they have is different and so much more.

Seeing Sam and Grace build their relationship was so endearing. Sam is no angel and has had his choice in women, but no one has ever affected him like Grace. He wanted to make her smile and happy. Something he never strived to do before. For Grace, Sam was everything she thought she never wanted in a man, but he slipped right through her defenses.

These two were so good together. The time they spend together allowed them to really get to know each other and begin building a bond. Feelings begin to slip in, even when they were not wanted. Sam was so sweet and caring when it came to Grace. He just found himself doing things for her. He had me constantly swooning. And Grace was to carefree and light. Her personality just drew you in.

Truly a very charming romance and so worth the read. This was my first Louise Bay read, but definitely not my last. Sam and Grace’s story will warm your hearts.
