Breaker and Liv are seriously hot!! M. Never kicks it up a notch in this second installment of the Baum Squad series!!
With suspense, steam, and tons of feels, this was a great read and had me instantly sucked in. I absolutely love this crew and the loyalty they have to one another. Each character plays a special part in making this story what it is.
And all these alpha men together in one room was completely awesome. These guys will have you laughing out loud with their crazy banter and hilarious dialogue. And can I just say how much I love Gerard and Kristen. These two may be older but man do they have a connection that I envy.
Breaker and Liv have always had a love-hate relationship and when he took her to her prom (orders from her daddy himself) she finally thought things may be different. But after a broken heart and years apart, Liv’s about to come face to face with the man from her past who she has tried to forget. With the connection these two share it’s inevitable their heartbreak will bring them together. Suffering from the loss of the Bowman, Liv and Breaker find themselves in a heated night that changes things for them both. Liv tries to fight her feelings, but her heart has other plans.
With a debt hanging over his head, Breaker finds himself in a race against time.
I loved the chemistry in this book and Liv’s character is definitely a favorite. She’s strong and fierce but also so vulnerable. A second chance with Damon “Breaker” is not what she was expecting when she’s grieving the loss of her father but now that Breaker has her, he has no intention of letting her go!!
If you’re looking for something sexy with a little suspense and some hot alpha males, M. Never will give you exactly what your looking for with Aces High!!
