Author Bio
She can’t imagine life without coffee, her Kindle, and the sexy heroes who inhabit her imagination. She’s living out her own happily ever after in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and three kids.

I absolutely loved this book. I devoured it. Simply devoured every word. I laughed. I felt sad. I felt emotional. And by the end, my heart was content. Book Boyfriend by Claire Kingsley was a great read!
I loved Mia. She was funny and totally awkward. She did not necessarily like being alone, but none of the men she met ever lived up to the book boyfriends she reads about. And being klutzy and quirky left her feeling extremely ungraceful. So in her free time, she reads romance novels and emerges herself in the online world of the authors and stories she loves. Here was a place she could be herself and be confident.
When she walked straight into Alex Lawson, in a bookstore no less, she was saw a man hotter than any book boyfriend she ever read about. He was everything she could ever want. He was hot, had a sense of humor, was romantic and could make her feel special. Her. Awkward and introverted Mia. How could she be so lucky?
Alex Lawson was working a dead-end job. His dream of becoming a writer was getting away from him. Then his sister suggested he try his hand on a romance. He scoffed…and then really thought about it. Even as he wrote and published his first book, he was still unsure. But he found success, even if it was using a female alter ego to do so. But he would take it. Now he was writing full-time and making friends with authors and fans alike online. Not that he will ever meet any of them in person, right?
I loved Alex. He was sweet and caring to Mia, but also dominant and sexy. He liked her just the way she was and never expected her to change or made fun of her. They were so good together. As they spent time and got to know each other, the chemistry they shared from the start grew to so much more. Before either of them knew it, they were moving forward and wanting more. It was almost like one of the whirlwind romances she reads.
But both had secrets that could hurt them. What happens when the secrets come out? Can two people meant to be together survive or will it all fall apart?
This was such a great read. I am not sure I could do it justice. I was so consumed by this story. It was romantic, had my laughing and at times feeling sad. I loved the banter between not only Alex and Mia, but Mia and Lexi as well. Just an overall great read!
