This is the first book in the brand new Chaos series by an author that's new to me and I'd like to start off with a warning with this one. I'm a huge personal fan of really dark stories and it's been a while since I've come across one this dark.
While I was thrilled to have my dark cravings satisfied, this book may hit some triggers for many people so be warned. This author definitely doesn't hold back, not even a little bit. Sophia goes through what I personally consider to be a living nightmare and her savior is not your typical hero. In fact, Creed is someone you want to hate in the beginning and there were so many times that I wanted to reach into this book and wanted to kick his butt because of how he was acting.
Fortunately, as this story progressed, I began to see that there was much more to Creed than it first appeared and he began to grow on me. This book ended on one heck of a cliff hanger and I can't wait to find out what's going to happen next! This is one of the worst cliff hangers I've read in a long time and I loved it! This is a great book that kept me on the edge of my seat right up until the very end and then dropped me right off of a cliff and I loved every second of reading this!
I highly recommend reading this to anyone.
