Flirting with the Frenemy by Pippa Grant was so much fun to read. Her books tend to be hilarious and at times over-the top, but they are also charming and full of steaminess. They are a great escape when you just want to read something enjoyable and light.
Ellie and Wyatt have always had a push and pull relationship. I loved their banter and back and forth. Wyatt is Ellie’s older brother’s best friend and has always been a part of her life and driving her crazy. Then when both of them are at their lowest, in a moment of weakness, they give into temptation. I do not want to give too much away, but well things do not work out very well for them at this point.
Months later she needs a fake boyfriend to her friend’s wedding where her ex and his new girlfriend will be. She has it all planned out until Wyatt interferes. Now suddenly he is playing her boyfriend. But what happens when their chemistry is all too real? I loved Wyatt and Ellie so much. Their story was funny, charming and will have you laughing out loud.
I devoured Flirting with the Frenemy by Pippa Grant. It was hilarious and engaging and just left me feeling pleased. Wyatt is a sexy single dad and a military man. Ellie was feisty, caring and very likeable. This romantic comedy was a great read.
